X-axis time formatting is yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss

The X-axis time formatting is yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss
After saving the *.kst, closing kst and reopening the *.kst file the X-axix time formatting has changed to hh:mm:ss.zzz.
