gPodder on Plasma in Wayland mode with huge mouse cursor

GTK Apps running in native Wayland mode on Plasma with Fractional Scaling (220%) display a huge mouse cursor.

Examples are Firefox with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 set or gPodder.

It's a GTK BUG, can confirm that the following patch solves the issue: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/merge_requests/5481/diffs?commit_id=8d33089c4b2d6a8651c426d58424bc0cb3ad11bd
