Description David 2023-03-13 20:47:44 UTC
SUMMARY
Dolphin has a shorthand for creating a new folder and different types of new files, but only the option for folder can be put directly in the toolbar, while the others are all grouped together under 'New'.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Dolphin.
2. Click the hamburger menu -> Configure -> Configure Toolbars.
3. Try to put a button for creating an empty text file.

OBSERVED RESULT
Not possible.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should have a shortcut icon for creating a new empty text file, like it has in the right-click menu.
