Description Emir SARI 2023-03-13 11:15:22 UTC
Steps:
1. Have an album, like "What Hits!?" from Red Hot Chili Peppers. The album folder must have the name as such.
2. Reload database

Expected:
1. Album to be included

Actual:
1. Album is nowhere to be seen

It might be worthwhile to check if it's the same for other metadata as well. Haven't tried though.

To be clear, is the issue caused by punctuation in the album folder, music file album tag, or both?

And does this occur when using the native indexer, or scanning the file system directly, or both?

Thanks.
