STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select line drawing tool
2. select the minimum width (one pixel)
3. ensure the color black (#000000) is selected
4. draw a line longer than one pixel

OBSERVED RESULT
The line is some kind of light gray.

EXPECTED RESULT
The line should be black.

What you see is called "Anti aliased drawing" so that non horizontal/vertical lines look smoother.
You can disable this via the settings menu
