SUMMARY

When Elia is closed when playing a stream and you restart it and start the stream from the top panel it will not (always) start
***


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.   Added the following stream to radiostation: https://sverigesradio.se/topsy/direkt/164-hi.mp3
2.   Nothing on the right (play list)
3.   Press play on the added radiostation in the radiostation list , it will populate the playlist and play
4.   Close Elisa (traybar, close)
5.   Start Elia
6.   Press Play on the TOP panel (so not in playlist) where the radio station is still shown
7.   It will not start
8.   Toggling stop/play in the playlist to the right will eventually start it

If it does start at point 7 then go back to 4.
It is a bit random, sometimes it does not start 1st time, with all my attempts it took me a maximum of 5 tries to make it not start.
Pressing play on the playlist always makes it start, it only on the TOP panel this happens.
