SUMMARY

Every night I should be updating the Bing desktop wallpaper and I'm not.

When it gets to 00:01 every day it was supposed to update the desktop.

In the previous version of KDE/Plasma it did update, now it does not.

I have to open the desktop options to update when it gets to 00:01 every day.

It's 00:10 here and the wallpaper was updated as expected.

I don't, it doesn't update. Manually yes, by opening the desktop preferences. Nothing else.

Even a few hours later. Or one day later. I always have to do it manually.

This is working for me now. Apparently it got fixed at some point, in some layer of the stack.
