ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Alessandro Astone 2023-03-10 23:03:56 UTC
Some windows have a blurry title even with the default "Medium" button size, not sure what is the discriminator here...
Comment 2 Alessandro Astone 2023-04-21 12:03:38 UTC
Some new findings...
The blurriness varies when resizing the window width.
The moues cursor outline (breeze light theme) is also blurry when hovering the window titlebars.

This seems like a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=475886 . Please check if the issue is still present in KDE 5.92.0. You can do that very easily by using the Fedora Rawhide KDE live iso (https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/nightlies.html)
