STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait while the PC goes sleep and both screens goes off 
2. Then wake it up, and see the widgets in the middle of two screens (but still on the main screen)
Tooltips notifications about any widgets in tray goes to the second screen

turn off and then trun on the first monitor fix positioning
