KDE 5.103.0 Plasma 5.27.1
Qt: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
openSUSE Tumbleweed 20230225 (x86_64) on kernel 6.1.12-1-default
This has been bugging me for awhile and i assumed it was my laptop so i did a fresh install and it was still an issue
The laptop is a hi res (3840x2160) ASUS Zenbook
The rapid blinking makes it a real chore to select a particular bit to turn on or off

Not quite the same issue but the fix would be the same.
