STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch Discover from the Fedora Applications menu.
2. Click on Search and type KDE Connect
3. Click on Launch
4. Select find devices

OBSERVED RESULT
No devices found. 
No settings to change to connect any devices.
EXPECTED RESULT
Devices that are on the same network show up under the list of devices.
