SUMMARY
In the "Appearance" section of system settings, every meny entry has the button to find new things in the KDE store placed at the bottom, except for the one for splash screens which has it at the top.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings -> Appearance -> Splash screen.
2. Try to find the button to download new splash screens.

OBSERVED RESULT
It's at the top.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be at the bottom like in the other sections (e.g. cursors, icons, etc.)
