Dolphin-Rename

When renaming multiple files, it is not allowing me to enter digits of more than 2 figures manually and if I use the up and down arrows it allows me to go up to 99 and (this did not happen before) I have been using KDE neon for 2 years, for example I have a folder with 1000 photos and I'm going to add 100, so personally I start with the logical and consecutive numbering at 1001... but it won't let me put more than two numbers and I repeat it (this didn't happen before) in renaming with higher numbers to 2000 and consecutive, I don't know if they changed something, which would seem like a throwback to a very simple action and one of the ones that I personally like about Dolphin to rename batches of files very easily and the strange thing is that if I put pure 0 (zeros) if it lets me put more than 2 (zeros)
