Current "Host Configuration" dialog

KRDC handbook is last updated in 2016, and is specifically missing documentation on the SSH tunneling feature. See https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/krdc/krdc/connection.html.

It's also not obvious how the SSH tunnel feature is supposed to be used, so improvements in the interface and documentation are sorely needed.
E.g.
- What's the "Port" field in the "Host Configuration" dialog used for? The remote SSH port? The local SSH port?
- Does KRDC support SSH hosts defined in `~/.ssh/config`? What about pubkey authentication?
