SUMMARY
I have a tripple monitor setup and when I have Do Not Disturb enabled for all 3 monitors only my Default Monitor (the middle one) will show the notifications even with the do not disturb setting enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Do Not Disturb mode for notifications on all monitors
2. "Go On" with using the system
3.  Get a message via thunderbird, kdeconnect, etc and a message appears on the middle main monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Get messages when disabled

EXPECTED RESULT
Dont get a notification

Hmm, I'm a bit confused by this; Do Not Disturb mode is global, not per-monitor. Are you saying that you've placed a Notifications widget on each monitor and enabled Do Not Disturb mode for each one individually?

Ok. If you remove all but one and then reboot, does that single Notifications widget behave properly and suppress notifications on all screens?

I have tried disabling on all 3 screens and it will still pop up on the farthest left one.

Sure but can you *remove* all of the Notifications widgets except for only one? I'm asking if the issue continues to happen when you only have a single Notifications widget. Not one per screen; only one on the whole system.
