SUMMARY

Touchpad two finger scroll is way too slow to the point of inconvenience. When reading something I'd rather use hand tool and awkwardly two tap and slide document up than to swipe two fingers - the usual scrolling gesture everywhere else. 

I'd love Okular to have customizable scroll delta when using touchpad (Mouse wheel scroll works well!).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
:( pretty straightforward, I think
1.  Install windows 11;
2.  Install Okular;
3.  Use two finger swipe gesture on your touchpad.

OBSERVED RESULT
Slow and inconsistent scrolling speed/delta for both: vertical and horizontal scrolling.

EXPECTED RESULT
To somewhat match scrolling speed of other Windows apps.

Okular: 22.12.2
Windows:  11 22H2 and 23H1
