Context menu appears underneath the sidebar after right clicking History option in the sidebar

# SUMMARY
Context menu that appears when right clicking on a page in the sidebar in System Monitor is arranged underneath the sidebar.

# STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor through application menu or running plasma-systemmonitor command
2. Right click on any page in the sidebar

# OBSERVED RESULT
Context menu appears under the sidebar

# EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu appears over the sidebar

Thanks for the bug report! I'm sorry we weren't able to get to this yet.

It looks like this is fixed in Plasma 6.3.4 I am unable to reproduce this bug on that version, or on git-master. If you have any other issues with System Monitor, please open a new bug report. Thanks.
