STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take e.g. Dolphin 
2. Configure special window settings
3. Add rule "Active opacity - force - 43%"
4. Close and open rules editor again
5. Remove opacity rule

OBSERVED RESULT
Window still has 43% opacity

EXPECTED RESULT
Opacity returns to 100%
