SUMMARY
The generated thumbnails from the DNG file taken from a S22 with the latest available version of the Camera app and Android 13 are landscape oriented when the picture has been taken in portrait.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a picture in portrait with a Galaxy S22 in pro mode with DNG support
2. Open this picture in DIgikam 7.9
3. The displayed thumbnail is in landscape

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
Generated thumbnail in portrait when the photo has been taken in portrait.

This must be fixed in next 7.10 release. Please test with Linux AppImage bundle per-release available here :

This is only fixed for digiKam-8.0.0 by adding that we can load an unrotated half RAW image. The reason is that there is no preview image in the S22-DNG and libraw always returns an aligned image by default.
