SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Activities KCM
2. Click "Create New..." in the bottom left

OBSERVED RESULT
The dialogue has a single tab in it

EXPECTED RESULT
There shouldn't be a tab bar if there's only one tab
