Thanks for your report. The crash seems to be caused by a recent Frei0r commit (frei0r is the library providing the curves effect):

Until the problem is solved, I will revert our automated builds to use a frei0r version just before that problematic commit

This is solved with version 23.08.1. 

I close this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number.
