SUMMARY
The Documentation for Online Accounts seems to be out of date as it states "Note: does not work with Nextcloud"

This however doesn't seem to be the case. I was able to add a Nextcloud account for Contacts & Files (Not for calendars and tasks though).

I'm sorry if this is not the right location to file documenation change requests. 
(It's my first KDE 'bug' report - I'm a recent MacOS convert looking to contribute where i can :)

Can you please point to the documentation you are looking at? I can't find what you are referring to
