SUMMARY
Wish to open documents by default on single page mode, not scrolling continuous mode.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add option to change default behavior
2. throw away necessity to shortcut key combo to single page mode every time you open a document
3. enjoy okular more fully

OBSERVED RESULT
opening a document opens in continuous mode

EXPECTED RESULT
opening a document opens in single page mode
