STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure presentation mode is off. Ensure no multimedia active.
2. Do nothing
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Display remains on ( current setting is 10 min )

EXPECTED RESULT

Display should turn off.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem exists on my desktop PC and also laptop.
Tried turning presentation mode on and off. No difference.
It was working correctly prior to 5.27 update.

A few questions:
1. Can you make sure that powerdevil is running? You can check with `ps -ef | grep powerdevil` in a terminal window.
2. Does the system (not the screen, the whole system) go to sleep as the correct time, or is that broken too?
3. On the PC, how is the screen connected? What connector type does it use? Is it DisplayPort?
4. Does this work in the X11 session?

Powerdevil remains active.
System does not sleep.
PC uses DVI-D, no adapters
X11 works as expected, on laptop screen dimming works.

presentation mode not invoked.
manual sleep block not invokded.
