blurry bar when in fullscreen with cut off pixels

SUMMARY
Kwin is pretty broken since the recent update. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Windows with decorations and without get overlapped, the decorations of vertically split screens get squeezed, blurred or obscured.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window without KWin decorations
2. Open another window with decorations and resize it using Super + arrows 
3. do other stuff

OBSERVED RESULT
Some decorations are completely normal until you tile the window, for example Firefox flatpak. When resizing to half vertically, they get squeezed, pixelated and moved incorrectly. Sometimes there are pixels missing vertically when in full screen too, as if a horizontal line was cut off.
