SUMMARY
There are two actions (Print Selection..., Stop) that want to use the same shortcut (Ctrl+P). This is most probably a bug. *Please report it in bugs.kde.org*

Ctrl + P is a standard shortcut to print. Can this be changed to Ctrl+Space (this combination is currently unassigned)

Yes it can be reassigned, but it's strange that "factory" software has 2 colliding actions preset.
