STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a distro that uses latte dock as the dock without the default taskbar or other kde alternative
2. Update to latest plasma release (5.27.0)
3. When oppening latte dock I now have 2 taskbars and have no abbility ro remove the default kde one 

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to close the Icons only Task Manager

EXPECTED RESULT
Able to close the Icons only Task Manager
