STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set for example "Tiled Screen" as application launcher 
2. Open it

OBSERVED RESULT
The launcher opens on the wrong screen

EXPECTED RESULT
The launcher should open on the same screen its icon is placed

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: 6.1.12-arch1-1 (64-bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This only occurred on wayland since I do not X11

Can you paste the output of `kscreen-doctor -o` when this happens?

The menu should open on the Output 4, but instead opens on Output: 1. Output 4 is both primary desktop and got the first priority.

Thanks. It doesn't look like there are any overlaps, so I don't think it's Bug 464132. Ah, it looks like Bug 465917.
