STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a toot with a link in the text
2. Tap link using touchscreen

OBSERVED RESULT
Thread opens. When tapping link inside a thread nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
URL is opened, like when clicking with mouse

Happens both on Android and Desktop with touchscreen

Fix links not being tappable from touchscreens

Also disable the buggy second-mouse-selection on mobile.
