My monitor doesn't get signal after wake up. Only after I kill de X server (Ctrl + Alt + Backspace) it get signal back again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Sleep PC.
2. Turn off monitor.
3. Wake up PC.
4. Turn on monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Monitor doesn't get signal

Monitor get signal

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'd tried unplug and plug back again the monitor, to all the graphic outputs and even the motherboard output, but it doesn't solved the issue.
