Visual glitch

SUMMARY
There are some visual glitches in the border of the panel. The glitch is more than 1px thick.
Observed in Wayland with fractional scaling enabled to 175%.
Introduced with 5.27

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Wayland and fractional scaling
2. Observe visual glitches
