Demonstration of the bug

SUMMARY
If you press the rectangular region shortcut when Spectacle window is open, the rectangle select popup is shifted to the position of Spectacle's window.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Activate the Capture Rectangular Region shortcut

OBSERVED RESULT
The rectangle select popup is offset

EXPECTED RESULT
The rectangle select popup should cover the whole screen

Actually and for some reason rebooting the machine fixed the issue, which is weird because when I installed kde beta I rebooted the machine.
