SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Plasma 5.27, switch to a locale other than English
2. Hit Meta + t

OBSERVED RESULT
All the messages are displayed in English.

EXPECTED RESULT
All those messages should be displayed in my locale.
