STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter edit Mode of a Panel
2. Set a Panel to Floating mode
3. Set the Panel to Auto Hide
4. Let the Panel Automatically Hide

OBSERVED RESULT
There's a 1 Pixel white line on the Top of the Panel during around 70% of the frames where the Fade effect Happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Flush Movement of the Panel without the 1 Pixel Line on Top of the Panel

Linux/KDE Plasma:

I also Noticed that the same problem exists with the Start menu.

Are you using the Wayland session with a scale factor that's not 100%, 200%, or 300%?

I have a Laptop with a scaling factor of 125%, but this problem also exists on my Main PC where the scaling factor is in fact 100%. That's where i made the screenshot from.

I'm running Wayland, and it's not fixed with 5.27.1.

Ok, that means this is Bug 465158, which should be fixed for 5.27.2. :) Issues like these are caused by one of those two bugs.
