STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Consider the following vcard:
```
BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:4.0
FN:Алиса
N:Алиса;;;;
ADR;TYPE=home;LABEL=тест:;;тест;;;;
END:VCARD
```
2. Import it
3. Open edit window
4. Go to Location tab
5. Notice 

OBSERVED RESULT
Label for the address in address list is unreadable, has wrong encoding

KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5

Qt Version: 5.15.6

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you export this contact, encoding is ok again. But when using some external sources for contacts (e.g. EteSync), it uploads contact with broken encoding.
