SUMMARY
Currently, plasma just uses whatever screen setup is active when it starts, requiring me to go into the settings and enable the other screen, and set position and refresh rate whenever I start my computer. It would be great if it remembered the screen setup and set it up automatically on start.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up screens
2. Reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
It just shows on the screen that was enabled by the UEFI firmware

EXPECTED RESULT
It uses the screen setup is was configured to
