OBSERVED RESULT
OS icon is missing 

EXPECTED RESULT
openSUSE logo should be there

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have a total of 4 laptops running Tumbleweed and all are showing the same issue after updating to KDE 5.27.
Tried reinstalling kinfocenter, but no joy.
