Wrong placed window on menu

Using the newest updated version of Fedora 37.
Look at the attached picture and you will see what I mean.

Could be a GNOME-specific bug. Does not occur on my Xfce system and probably doesn't occur on KDE used by most KDevelop developers. You can check in another desktop environment on your system to be sure.
