I can enter private mode on mobile but not on desktop.

Make it possible to enter private mode from the desktop

This commit adds an action to desktop mode's menu to enter toggle
private mode on/off.

Ideally this should open up a new "private window" so you could
access both private and non-private pages at the same time.
