If actually needed I will provide traces but judging the nature of the bug I don't know if it's necessary and from the wiki looks like a pain.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KAddressBook
2. Press the fourth and/or fifth button on the tool menu counting from the left 

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
A sub-menu opens.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.1.8-arch1-1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.5-1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.26.5-1
Qt Version: 5.15.8+kde+r177-1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also when I add a vCard as a file (.vcf downloaded from google contacts) nothing happens. Only a sub-group called aknoadi-resources... appears but no contacts. I know I will get called out for putting this here.

Do you have kdepim-addons installed ?
