Description Matej Starc 2023-02-11 16:27:57 UTC
SUMMARY
When pressing left/right arrow elisa moves the time for only a miniscule amount. Please adjust the slider values so when I have focus on the slider, I can directly go back and forth in the song.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open elisa
2. Play a song
3. Click on the slider so it gets focus
4. Press left/right arrow key on keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
It only moves time for a basically nonexistent amount.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should move the playing time for 5 sec, or even better, let the user set it in settings.

This is intentional so you can go backwards by, indeed, a minuscule amount if that's what you want. If you want to seek back or forward within a song by a longer amount, you can use the Shift+arrow key shortcuts. No need to focus the playback position slider, either.

I did not know of this. Cool. But I still suggest adding an option for this to control how much you want to go back/forward.

Sure, feel free to submit another bug report asking for that as a new feature.
