Steam menu

SUMMARY:
When using Steam on Linux/KDE Plasma, the STEAM & FRIENDS menu does not close when right-clicking and moving the mouse down to leave the menu. The same issue occurs when trying to log out.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Open Steam and click on the STEAM & FRIENDS menu.
    Right-click on the menu.
Move the mouse down to leave the menu.

OBSERVED RESULT:
The menu remains open and does not disappear. The same issue occurs when trying to log out.

EXPECTED RESULT:
The menu should disappear once the mouse is moved away from the menu. The log out should also be successful.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.1.10-arch1-1 (64 bit)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In addition, the STEAM & FRIENDS menu sometimes freezes when right-clicked.
Please find attached a screenshot of the issue.
On 5.26.5 it works completely fine.

I was able to reproduce this on an Arch system with Plasma version 5.26.5, however I suspect this to be a Steam specific issue and not a Plasma issue since I was also able to reproduce this bug on a Debian system with Cinnamon.
I used Xorg for both tests so it could be related to Xorg as well unless it also happens in Wayland.

Indeed, I'm afraid this is a Steam bug.
