Screenshot showing the bug.

SUMMARY
The application volume control widget on the notification area do not show real software names. All chromium applications are the same for example.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Chrome flatpak, Teams flatpak and play some audio
2. Open the volume control widget
3. Change to app tab

OBSERVED RESULT
There will be a lot of "Chromium" apps running but no way to see what they are.

EXPECTED RESULT
For webapps display the webapp name. For browser tabs display the tab title.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 5.26
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.56.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.8
Qt Version: 5.15.0-60

Please attach the output of running "pactl list"

The information displayed here comes from the application. If the apps announce themselves as "Chromium" with no further information there's nothing we can do about that. This needs to be fixed in the applications
