STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install a flatpak through the commandline, in my case "amberol"
2. try to press the meta key to open the appmenu once the app is installed
3. try to click on the appmenu icon (distro icon)

OBSERVED RESULT
In my case sometimes the appmenu lags for a few seconds, until it works again. This happens during the reloading of all the appstarters I guess

EXPECTED RESULT
Some way of keeping the old appmenu loaded and adding the new appstarter as a single element. It will work better on low CPU clock (old hardware or energy saving mode) I suppose, as it was quite a lag
