How to reproduce (step 1: navigation)

SUMMARY

Arabic users can't search for applications in the autostart application picker, whether searching in Arabic or English.
I attached a screenshot for how to reproduce, and another 3 screenshots explaining the bug , all with English translations.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Settings -> Start and shutdown -> Autostart
2. Click (Add) button
3. Click (Add application) from the popup menu
4. We'll take Kate for an example here, so make sure it is installed on your system.
5. Start typing Kate or كيت

OBSERVED RESULT
- Kate not showing up

EXPECTED RESULT
- Kate should be displayed
