SUMMARY
Arabic users see 6:00 AM as 00:6 AM in the date/time settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set locale to ar_EG
2. Open Korganizer (You may use Arabic letters , so it's called منظمك) - (this may be affected by this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465333)
3. Open the application settings
4. Go to the second section Date/time (الوقت والتاريخ)
5. Observe the first setting (Day starting at:)

OBSERVED RESULT
The value is reversed, so instead of ٦:٠٠ ص which translates to (6:00 AM) , it's displayed as ٠٠:٦ ص (tranlated to 00:6 AM).

EXPECTED RESULT
The time values in that section should be reversed for RTL layout.
