@snap packagers: please update libQuotient to 0.7.1 and build libQuotient with -DQuotient_ENABLE_E2EE=true

i have updated libquotient to build with that flag.  it should appear in user soon.  i believe Scarlett is working on new snaps but is being held up by reviews on core components from the snap devs

There is now a quotient 0.7.2 release. The build is missing sqlite. could you try with both these updates?

Probably won't solve the compiler crash but who knows :(
