Description Jakub Kuczys 2023-02-04 07:19:47 UTC
Currently, Ark has an option "Extract to a subfolder if the archive has more than one top-level entry" which only auto-selects "Extraction into subfolder" if it has more than one top-level entry. I want to propose a different option (mutually exclusive with the currently available option; probably implemented as 3 radio buttons for choosing the behavior) that would *always* extract archives to a subfolder. Additionally, I think it's important that when that option is selected, the name of the destination folder by default will always be the archive name. This is the behavior that you currently only get when trying to extract an archive with multiple top-level entries.
