STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a default plasma panel with a system tray
2. Open System Tray settings
3. Assign a keyboard shotcut to an applet, for example Meta+u to toggle the media applet

OBSERVED RESULT
The keyboard shortcut appears to be assigned but nothing really gets changed, reopening the settings shows no keyboard shortcut has been set and pressing said shortcut does nothing.

EXPECTED RESULT
Keyboard shortcuts are correctly assigned to system tray applets

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.0
