STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click date time at bottom right
2. Configure digital clock
3. Change time display to 24 hour 

OBSERVED RESULT
If time is 12mn to 9am, displayed as 0:00:00

EXPECTED RESULT
00:00:00
